  | ANNUAL FRESH HOP BEERS |   | Since 2008, Beer Valley Brewing has produced unique and special seasonal versions of both Leafer Madness Imperial Pale Ale and Black Flag Imperial Stout using the freshest hops harvested from the Treasure Valley in Idaho, the Willamette Valley in Oregon, and the Yakima Valley in Washington. We are fortunate to be so close to the finest hops grown anywhere, the Pacific Northwest, and we strive to produce beers with the finest hops and freshest hop flavor each harvest season. Below is a chronology of the annual beers that were and are offered each season. In addition to Leafer Madness Imperial Pale Ale and Black Flag Imperial Stout, Beer Valley Brewing produces a third, unique all fresh hop ale dedicated to the farmers who grow the goods. |
 Description A truly unique and rare hoppy experience, Black Flag Imperial Stout was first brewed in the fall of 2008 with Zeus hops from the Jon Weilmunster Hop Farm in Greenleaf, Idaho. Every harvest season we try to brew this fine, heavy brew with a different hop variety.

Description Fresh Hop Leafer Madness Imperial Pale Ale is brewed with 250 lbs of the freshest Chinook hop cones harvested anywhere. The hops are added to the beer within hours, and minutes, of being stripped from the vine at the hop farm resulting in extreme flavors of fresh grapefruit, citrus, and pine. Limited draft and 22 oz bottle availability starting in mid September each harvest season.

Description Many Farms All Fresh Hop Ale was brewed with as many different hop varieties from as many different hop farms as possible. The freshest Cascade, Citra, El Dorado, Simcoe, and Zeus hops were used en masse in the brewing of this beer.
